My first experience taking my new cobalt to Taylor SS Marina for service. Easy access and short distance from the freeway. Easy access covered drop service drop off zone. Knowledgeable friendly staff the don’t mind answering all your questions. I was very happy with the same day service. I was able to go into town to look around while they completed all the Volvo updates and one Cobalt recall item in a couple hours. They gave me a call as soon as it was done, and I picked up my boat and headed back home over an hour away the same day. Five stars

Brian, the service manager, was friendly and very professional . The service they performed on my three axle trailers was done ahead of schedule and completed as promised.

I always have a great experience! Brian the Service Manager is quick to respond, makes it easy to schedule appointments, and communicates often on service needs and repairs. I love that he sends pictures of the issue or concern with the cost of repair and if it’s an immediate need. 6 years with Taylor’s!

Going to the "boat store" is always a fun time. Everyone is helpful, patient, and very friendly. We just got our 2nd Barletta and truly enjoying our time on the water. They are wonderful, easy to work with and we know if they say it’s ready we won’t run into issues during the boating season. They check everything including the trailer.
